Winter memory

Last year there was so much snow we were hard pressed to find room for it all. Many a roof in our area
gave to the layers of ice and snow that built day after day into glacial like masses.
Not so this year! Today it is nearly 50 degrees in the shade. Gardens are confused, the pansies and violas are blossoming. This is not the Vermont winter most think of.
This photo was from last year, after one ice storm.
I never thought I would wish for snow!
